Senior Service Crew

Role Overview

As a Senior Service Crew member, you’ll be a key part of the front-of-house experience — leading by example, guiding junior team members, and ensuring our guests feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service across all shifts
• Guide and support junior crew members on service flow and standards
• Take orders accurately, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
• Ensure floor readiness, cleanliness, and table turnover efficiency
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth coordination
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift handovers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front-of-house F&B roles
• Confident, outgoing, and passionate about hospitality
• Strong communication and basic POS handling skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
• Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
