With space organizations, research institutes, institutional and commercial actors as customers, we offer specialist expertise in satellite communications, space consulting services, rocket and balloon systems, flight test services, satellite propulsion systems, and much more.
SSC also has one of the world’s largest global networks of ground stations for satellite communications. We own and operate the Esrange Space Center in Kiruna, northern Sweden, with the aim of launching satellites in the near future.

Requirements
As the Internal Service Delivery Manager for IT, you will
- Lead initiatives and small projects involving various stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT to ensure alignment.
- Establish strong network to build trust and manage expectations.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of our IT environment.
- Design, implement, upgrade, manage and follow up on the Service Level Agreements between IT and different business units within SSC.
- Follow up on decided KPIs and report status to different stakeholders.
- Implement ITIL processes.
- Hold meetings with user communities and service delivery communities to ensure IT deliveries.
- Coordinate and lead actions between the different IT units as well as with customers.
- Ensure that all IT services, solutions, and processes meet defined quality standards and align with business objectives.

- Microsoft environment (M365, Azure AD, etc).
- ITIL.
- Industry standards and technology for Workplace, Cyber security, Networking and Server.
- Cloud technologies.
- SaaS products and services.

LOCATION
The position is located either in Kiruna or in Solna and may involve some limited and plannable travel. The position is organized in the IT Workplace & Collaboration Services team within IT.
