Senior Service Technician

• Assist Engineers to conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of systems including UPS, ACMV system, Security Systems, Monitoring Systems and Fire Protection Systems etc.
• Assist Engineers to identify and rectify faults to ensure optimal performance of all systems
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of systems such as UPS, WDS etc
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to service activities and system status
• Carry out additional duties as assigned, in support of the company's growth and operational needs
• To observe and adhere to all Company's rules and regulations
• Require to perform 24x7 standby duties

• ITC/ITE Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
