Team Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and mentoring junior stylists and trainees while fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and precision in all services, ensuring clients leave the salon delighted with their experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about salon products and actively promote their benefits to clients.
Appointment Management: Efficiently manage client appointments and ensure punctuality to maintain a smooth salon operation.
Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards within the salon, including equipment and workstations.
