Senior Tech Lead

Job Duties

• Design and develop web-based applications, architectures, specifications, and technical interfaces and features.
• Provide supports to development projects throughout the project life cycle.
• Designs, codes, and tests of technical solutions.
• Participate in coding and code review.
• Contribute to functional requirements and translate them into technical design.
• Perform and manage unit and system integration testing, conversion and migration tasks.
• Document features, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for self-produced technical work and job processes.
• Reporting Officer (RO) for assigned junior staff, ensuring timely submission of reports, performance tracking, and compliance with internal documentation standards or mentor junior team members, providing guidance on professional development, client engagement, and technical competencies to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Knowledge in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MS SQL, .NET Core
• Experience with HTML5, StyleSheet (BootStrap), SQL, XML, XSLT, Client-Side Script (AngularJS, RequireJS, ReactJS, jQuery, etc.), and MVC.
• Experience in UML and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design.
• Experience in Cloud Native development is an added advantage.
• Candidates with AWS, Azure, Sitecore or Sitefinity Certification are preferred.
• Proven 6-8+ relevant experience as Analyst Programmer/Full Stack Tech Lead
