Senior UX Designer – Hybrid Assignment

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join an exciting assignment where you will collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

You will be part of a dedicated home team with skilled developers and a Product Owner, while also working cross-functionally with other developers, UX designers, POs and business owners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining user insights with structured design work and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

About the assignment

In this role, you will conduct user research through interviews, usability testing and data analysis, turning insights into wireframes and prototypes built around real customer needs.

You will work closely with Product Owners and developers to shape and refine design ideas, create user journeys and flows, and build personas to support development. You will also apply the design system to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across products.

The role requires a strong ability to adapt quickly, take feedback onboard and iterate designs effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing and data analysis

• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes and clear design concepts

• Create user journeys, user flows and personas

• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners throughout the design process

• Apply design systems to ensure consistency across digital products

• Iterate and improve designs based on continuous feedback

We are looking for someone who has

• Solid experience as a UX Designer (preferably around 10 years)

• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and frameworks

• Proven skills in user research, user flows and persona creation

• Experience with tools such as Figma, Mural and Google Analytics

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A passion for UX and continuous improvement
