Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and resetting dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

Requirements

• Some experience as a Server in a food service, Senior Living or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is highly desirable

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
