Server Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in the fast food industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing experience for our guests by providing exceptional support to the main server and ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly. Duties

• Taking and accepting orders from delivery apps (ubereats and doordash) promptly and, making sure orders are handed to the right driver.
• Help with preparation tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in the seating area, including clearing tables, sweeping and mopping.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any needs or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work setting.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
