Server/Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Understanding of food safety guidelines for proper handling of ingredients
- Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
