Shokunin Temaki and Nigiri Bar is a growing, fast-paced sushi concept in the heart of Redlands. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food, exceptional service, and a welcoming dining experience. As we expand, we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
• Prepare and serve small dishes and drinks to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including dishwashing support
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the guest experience
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system
• Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet during shifts
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Availability on evenings and weekends is a plus
