Server/Cashier

Job Summary:

The Server/Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. This position ensures that customers have a pleasant and efficient dining experience while upholding the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items when appropriate.

Cashiering & Transactions

• Operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) system efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately.
• Issue receipts, process refunds or discounts (as authorized), and ensure proper cash balancing at the end of the shift.

Service & Operations

• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, sanitized, and properly set up.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure accurate and prompt order delivery.
• Assist in preparing take-out and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, including counters and service stations.

Compliance & Teamwork

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily store goals.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or College level
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in food service or cashiering is an advantage, Fresh Grad are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills (for POS operation).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php700.00 per day
