Server/Cashier & Kitchen Staff

Arvo BGC is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Server/Cashier and Kitchen Staff. ResponsibilitiesServer/Cashier

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments and handle cash, card, and digital transactions.
• Assist guests with inquiries and menu recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Follow company standards for food safety and customer satisfaction.

Kitchen Staff

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to company standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a restaurant, food service, cashier, or kitchen role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and applicants with relevant training are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
• Willing to be assigned in Arvo BGC, Taguig.
