Server/Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow health and safety standards at all times

QUALIFICATION:

• At least Senior High School or high school graduate
• Preferably with previous work experience in the food industry (but not required)
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in our branch in Festival Mall (Soon to Open)
• Willing to be trained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
