Server/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels valued and well cared for. Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Strong math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic culinary knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
