• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering outstanding service at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and manage service documentation and processes.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for our valued clients.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting the excellence associated with Ferrari.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a related role
• A minimum of one year experience as a Service Advisor
• A genuine passion for ensuring excellence in customer service
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to demonstrate proven technical ability
• Strong computer skills are a necessity
• Autoline experience would be advantageous
