Service Crew ( Busboy/Dishwasher, Cashier, Counter)

COUNTER GIRL

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible in assisting/handling food serving in counter to costumers.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Take customers’ orders

· Clean, unwrap, slice and trim foodstuffs by means of manual and electric appliances

· Prepare food for instance sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes

· Ensure tables are correctly set, side stations are tidy, and side work is appropriately completed

· Reset tables with flatware and napkins

· Assist with early guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately

· Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests

· Thank guests for dining at the eating place

· Maintain sanitation of the restaurant including floors, tables, ledges, and counters

· Maintain awareness with menu items and specials

CASHIER

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for receiving, posting and settlement of payments of

customers

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep cashier station clean and in order.
  • Secure coins and change fund from cash custodian;
  • Receive and posts payments in the cash register.
  • Turns over change to customers
  • Records those on reservation or given stub for meal privilege
  • Prepares and submits the required cashiers report at the end of the shift
  • Conduct opening and closing inventory of dining stocks
  • Assists the counter crew in setting up and in preparing the counter for service prepare napkins, dish tags;
  • Performs other duties as maybe assigned by superior.

BUSBOY

Job Summary:

Responsible in cleaning up areas after costumer use ensure that clean dishes are set and that soiled dishes are removed. Ensure that items such as water, beverages and condiments are served to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Clean tables and ensure that fresh tablecloths and mats are placed

· Remove soiled dishware, glassware and flatware and deliver it to the washing area

· Clean and polish counters and furniture and mop and sweep floors

· Clean up spilled food and ensure that floors and counter surfaces are sanitized

· Serve water to newly seated customers and inform them that they will be assisted by a waiter shortly

· Provide waiters with new customer arrival especially in during peak hours

· Assist waiters in serving beverages, condiments and coffee

· Ensure that each table has sufficient supply of napkins and tissue paper

· Keep an eye out for customers looking for service and assist them with their queries

DISHWASHER

Job Summary:

Mainly responsible in washing and sanitizing all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans, Ensures proper storage of all cleaned items.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances

· Clean and maintain staff lunch room, including all tables and floors

· Remove all kitchen and dining room trash and clean garbage containers

· Unpack and store kitchen and dining room supplies in designated areas or as directed by the Chef

· Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans

· Store all cleaned items in designated areas

· Assist dining room staff with laundry

· Performs other job-related functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
