Service Crew (Cashier/Dining/Kitchen Helper)

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They perform various tasks in the dining and kitchen areas to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders courteously.
• Prepare and serve food items following company standards and food safety guidelines.
• Ensure work areas, dining areas, and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing supplies and ingredients.
• Follow proper portioning, packaging, and labeling procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficient store operations.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With experienced in Fast Food (Preffered).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
