Service Crew - Ice Cream And Bubble Tea

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team at Rocket Science Ice Cream! As a Team Member, you will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve a variety of frozen treats, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Team Members will also be expected to run the shop independently during their shifts, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Take customer orders and ensure accuracy.

· Handle money, operate the cash register, and process transactions.

· Read and prepare orders according to customer requests.

· Make, freeze, and scoop ice cream.

· Prepare bubble teas, milkshakes, and other specialty drinks.

· Keep up-to-date with current specials and promotions, informing customers as needed.

· Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

· Stock supplies and ensure all ingredients and materials are readily available.

· Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

· Be punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

· Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Basic math skills for handling money and operating the register.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.

· Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Availability:

· Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
