We’re seeking a Service Manager to lead and grow our service division. This is a leadership role with real responsibility, real support, and long-term opportunity.

What You’ll Own

• Leadership and development of service electricians and technicians
• Customer experience, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Daily service operations, scheduling, and execution
• Long-term client relationships and service growth
• Oversight of service AR in partnership with accounting
• Continuous improvement of systems, efficiency, and profitability

What You Bring

• 3+ years leading commercial and/or industrial electrical service teams
• Strong operational and decision-making confidence
• Customer-facing communication skills
• A relationship-driven mindset focused on long-term partnerships
• Accountability and pride in building strong teams and processes

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
