Service Porter

City Toyota is looking to hire a Service Porter. A Service Porter is responsible for transporting customer vehicles while in for service, as well as delivering the vehicle back to the customer after service has been completed. A good candidate is someone that is very active, motivated, and efficient. This is a fast-paced environment and will require both speed and care for customer’s vehicles.

Pay

• The Service Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and range. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $21.00.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Assist with walkarounds and follow our check-in process
• Maintain driveway cleanliness
• Direct customers in the line to maintain order
• Move vehicles forward in a timely manner to clear vehicles out of the driveway and shorten wait times for customers.
• Bring vehicles down to customer waiting area to deliver when vehicles service is complete.
• Place seat cover and floor mat covers on the vehicle before entering and driving to technician
• Clean and sanitize all high touch areas of the vehicle before delivering to the customer.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer and assist them with directions when necessary

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
