Service Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have an Associate Degree or Technical Certification in the industry.
• With at least 2 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have an experience in handling pro-audio, video, and lights equipment.
• Must have the ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
• Must be able to read instruction manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• With the ability to work flexible hours and work around changing schedules.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
• Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job.
• Must have the ability to work independently without much supervision.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.
• Must have the ability to effectively manage time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Immediate processing of customer defectives (recording data of customer units; quick check-up, troubleshooting assistance and repair for all incoming defective customer units; verify, analyze, and repair reported defects of all received defective customer units.)
• Proactive communication with customers and clients via face-to-face interaction through walk-ins and/or fieldwork/dealer visits.
• Manage and monitor records and transaction documents for all evaluated and repaired defective units.
• Submission of Daily and/or Weekly Status Reports on technical issues through Technical Team Leader.
• Suggest technical improvement and revision of the product to the Technical Team Leader or Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
