Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and support core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows / Flow Designer.
• Create and customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and approvals.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and end users.
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and platform security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM module (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
• Experience with Service Portal (basic widgets and customization preferred).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security concepts.
