Servicenow Developer/Administrator

We are looking for a certified ServiceNow professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, developing, and managing the ServiceNow platform to support business operations. You will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within the ServiceNow environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, upgrades, and new features.
• Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• ServiceNow Certification is a must (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or equivalent).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow development, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in ServiceNow development.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
