As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, delegating tasks, handling cash, training and developing the crew, and reporting issues to the manager.

To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should consistently ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and labor to ensure profitability.
• Oversee food preparation and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
• Coordinate catering/delivery services as needed.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
• Handle shift management tasks including shift schedules, delegating and assigning duties, and monitoring staff performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
• Cash management.

Skills

• 1+ year QSR or Retail Management Experience Required.
• Able to manage a team of 3-10 people effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
• A passion for food service and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
