Shipping Accounting Executive

HD Hyundai Oil Singapore Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of HD Hyundai Oilbank, a Korean refining company established in 1964. Located in Singapore, our core activities include trading and bunkering of crude oil and petroleum products. We have recently expanded into the shipping business and are seeking talented individuals to join our team.

The Shipping Accounting Executive will be part of the Shipping Business team and will primarily be responsible for handling invoicing and payment of operating expenses, as well as managing accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer registration process

• Issue invoices and review vessel operating expenses

• Perform monthly closing of expenses and account management for each vessel

• Assist with reconciliation of general transactions and bank accounts

• Support the preparation of budgets and financial statement reports

• Handle cash transactions and accounting procedures

• Track and manage accounts receivable and payable

• Provide additional support as needed

• Preferably a degree in Shipping-related fields or Accounting, with relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with ERP (SAP) is a plus
