Shop Sales Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking candidate to join our team as a full-time Shop Assistant in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking merchandise, and processing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We retail clothing, alongside cosmetic jewellery and some Singapore souvenirs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Able to do full cashiering duties including opening, closing and handling cash, NETS and Credit Card payments

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, public holidays and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• MUST stay in Singapore, commuting daily to JB is not allowed
• Rental arrangements can be further discussed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per month
