Site Foreman/Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Formwork Site Foreman to oversee the construction of formwork on construction sites in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the formwork construction process, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of formwork on construction sites
• Ensure that work is carried out safely, to high standards, and in compliance with local regulations
• Manage and direct the work of subcontractors and laborers
• Monitor work schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
• Ensure that work is completed within budget constraints
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage
• Maintain and enforce a clean and safe working environment
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are being met
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and utilized

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in formwork construction
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
• Good understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to different job sites as required

Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: $300.00 – $600.00 per day
