WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Lead. The Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinic operations, accounting functions, physician relations and team management. As a manager they will oversee the implementation of companywide programs and timely reporting of clinic data. Embracing the organization’s mission of treating each patient with dignity, care, respect and enthusiasm, they will ensure their team delivers patient care excellence and physician support.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinic operates in accordance with the corporate objectives, policies, programs, and service standards.
- Create employee schedule.
- Understand modalities to ensure efficient coverage for sick calls and vacations.
- Collaborate with staff to develop their professional development goals: encourage cross training.
- Monitor technical problems with equipment and facilities and work with leadership to coordinate repair and maintenance.
- Order supplies and monitor usage.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, motivate, promote, transfer, or terminate staff members..
- Collaborate with staff to develop their professional development goals: encourage cross training.
- Implement procedural, administrative, and organizational changes as per corporate objectives.
- Work with leaders on efficiency and workflow within the clinic.
- Review, confirm and complete payroll entries in software.
- Manage patient and physician concerns in a timely manner and escalate to senior leadership as required.
- Facilitate completion and submission of incident reports.
- Scanning patients and facilitating patient workflow during the day.
- Assist in hiring, new staff training, reference checks, student orientation and schedule.
- Act as a clinical preceptor to sign off for assessments.
- Monitor and report any technical/quality issue to management.
- Escalate employee concerns i.e. payroll, policy and procedure changes/ adherence to management.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- 4+ years of management experience in healthcare practice.
- Current CPR certificate is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies.
- Positively influence and lead staff members, as well as physicians.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
- Demonstrated effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
