We believe in delivering urbanisation, infrastructure and engineering solutions to support sustainable social and economic growth for our clients. 1) Organises, coordinates and controls subcontractors and appointed by the JTC and visiting subcontractors. Collate and manage all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programs from all subcontractors. Track and monitor the maintenance programs; 2)Manages emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdown and troubleshooting works, including preparation and submission of cost estimates using Contract SOR or Star Rates. Provide technical support and attendance; 3) Attend to complaints and feedback from tenants; 4) Investigate and report tenancy infringements by tenants; 5) Attend to any other matters as assigned from time to time.
