Skilled Laborer - (Carpenter's Helper)

We’re looking for a skilled construction laborer to work directly alongside an experienced carpenter. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who already understands the flow of a job site and can contribute from day one.

This is also a great opportunity to continue learning and growing your skills while working hands-on with an experienced tradesperson.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
• Measuring, cutting, and handling materials with accuracy
• Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized work site
• Supporting the carpenter efficiently without constant direction
• Taking initiative and staying productive throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction (carpentry experience is a strong asset)
• Naturally hands-on and mechanically inclined — you “get it” without needing everything explained
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools confidently
• Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Physically capable (lifting, working on feet, outdoors in various conditions)
• Takes pride in doing clean, quality work
• Valid driver’s license is an asset

What We Don’t Want:

• Someone who needs to be told every step
• Inconsistent attendance or poor attitude
• “Helpers” without real site experience
