Skilled Multi Tradesperson Painter/Sider/Roofer

Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable, skilled tradesperson to join our team. The candidate will possess a broad range of construction experience, enabling them to tackle various tasks across multiple trades. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The Tradesperson will be responsible for executing projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations. This position requires 100% reliable transportation and some person tools for use on projects (we provide bulk tools and sundry items for production). Pay depends on experience level.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, painting, and siding installation.
• Be familiar with reading blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to execute projects accurately (on the job training provided).
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Conduct restoration work and remodeling projects while ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by specific tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradesmen on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Be comfortable working on ladders, various man lifts and heights 2 stories or more
• Capable of completing projects on their own with no supervision

Experience

• Proven experience in construction with a focus on multiple trades (carpentry, roofing, painting, and siding)
• Experience working on construction sites is required; Residential and Multi-family dwellings
• Customer service; Working and maintaining positive working relationships with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.37 - $50.00 per hour
