Skilled Operative - Watermains / Sewers

Specialist Directional Drilling & Civil Engineering company

We are currently seeking applications to fulfil skilled operative positions within our company:

Ø Long-term steady work on Irish Water contracts in the Sligo/Leitrim/Cavan area.

Ø Must have experience on Irish Water projects and be capable of PE welding. The candidate will be working within a team of operatives and will be required to assist with other site works such as reinstatement.

Ø Excellent rates of pay, RCT option available.

Ø Early finish on the last Friday of the month.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Ø Experience installing watermains.

Ø Electrofusion welding of PE pipe and installation of water fittings, backfilling and reinstatement.

Ø Maintain the highest levels of health and safety on site and use appropriate safety equipment.

Essential Criteria:

Ø Full driving license

Ø Valid CSR Card / Safe Pass.

Ø Experience of plant operation and relevant tickets

Ø Polyethylene Electrofusion Welding

Desirable Criteria:

Ø Purple Book Training, Additional H+S qualification.
