About the Role
Glass House Brands is seeking a Social & Community Marketing Manager to help connect our portfolio of brands — Glass House Farms, PLUS, Allswell, Reeform, and Mama Sue — to the communities, consumers, and retail partners that matter most.
This role sits at the intersection of social media, community, events, and CPG marketing. It’s about sparking engagement everywhere: online through content and digital community-building, and offline through retail activations, events, collaborations, and cultural partnerships.
The Social & Community Marketing Manager will serve as the digital and social liaison to our CPG retail partners, ensuring our brands stay connected to dispensaries, their budtenders, and their local customers. This means building strong relationships with accounts via social media and occasional in-person visits to support campaigns, events, and collaborations.
The ideal candidate is a native storyteller and natural connector — equally comfortable creating TikTok-style content on a phone, engaging directly with consumers and influencers, and representing our brands to retail accounts and cultural partners. This person thrives on creative hustle, turning community connection into brand engagement and real-world impact.
This role reports to the Marketing Director with a dotted line to the Vice President of Marketing.
