About the Role: You’ll support the Deputy Manager and PIC in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in our Children’s Residential service. This includes leading teams, supporting service users, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the team in daily operations.
• Deliver person-centred care and positive behaviour support.
• Complete accurate reports, assessments, and care plans.
• Mentor staff and support professional development.
• Build strong relationships with MDTs, families, and external partners.
• Contribute to inspections, audits, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Level 7+ qualification (Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Psychotherapy).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• CORU registered is desirable.
