Social Media Content Creator

We are currently looking for freelance or casual Social Media Content Creators to join our growing team at The Scroll Studio.

The Scroll Studio is a boutique social media agency that works primarily with local restaurants, cafés, and small businesses in Brisbane. We help brands grow through engaging social media content, storytelling, and local community marketing.

As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for creative individuals who can support us with capturing and producing social media content for our clients.

This role is casual/freelance, but there is potential for more consistent work or a future full-time role as the agency expands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Capture short-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels / TikTok)
• Take aesthetic food and venue photos
• Assist with filming content at restaurants, cafés, and local businesses
• Work with our team to bring content ideas and campaigns to life
• Occasionally assist with simple editing using apps such as CapCut, Instagram, or similar tools

• Creators who understand short-form video trends

You don’t need to be a professional videographer — we value creativity, initiative, and a good eye for content.

Ideal Skills

• Comfortable filming using iPhone or camera
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Instagram editing, etc.)
• Understanding of Instagram / TikTok content trends
• Reliable and able to work on location occasionally [You may need to drive - so ideally with someone who has a car]
