Social Media Content Creator (Freelance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Content Creator who can independently conceptualise, plan and execute social media content for our brands.

Unlike a traditional presenter or influencer role, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire content production process—from identifying trends and developing content ideas to storyboarding, filming and coordinating final production.

This person should be comfortable appearing on camera when required, but more importantly, should be capable of turning broad marketing objectives into engaging social media content with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose content ideas aligned with our marketing objectives and content pillars
• Research social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
• Develop storyboards, scripts and filming plans
• Film content independently at attractions, tours, events and various locations around Singapore
• Appear on camera where required
• Coordinate with editors to ensure final content aligns with creative direction
• Assist in executing content calendars and campaigns
• Continuously improve content quality through experimentation and learning

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn content formats
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Comfortable filming and producing content independently
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with CapCut, Canva and other content creation tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Portfolio showcasing previous content creation work preferred

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
