Social Media & Content Intern

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the founders across:

Content & Social Media

• Plan and build the launch marketing calendar
• Develop content ideas aligned with brand direction (education, performance, lifestyle)
• Write captions, hooks, and content angles

Content Creation

• Capture photos and videos (events, workouts, product moments)
• Create Reels, TikToks, and static posts
• Edit content (mobile-first is fine, but good taste matters more than tools)

On-ground Execution

• Support shoots (fitness events, athlete sessions, product shoots)
• Help coordinate content during launch phase
• Be present where the brand is being built (this is not a purely desk role)

Marketing & Growth

• Research trends, formats, and competitor content
• Support influencer outreach and collaborations
• Bring ideas: we value initiative over instructions

Tools & Skills (Good to Have)

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools)
• CapCut / video editing apps
• Basic understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formats

Who This Is For

• You’re obsessed with fitness / sport / gym culture
• You naturally notice good content (Nike, Gymshark, etc.)
• You’re not afraid to pick up a camera and create
• You care about aesthetics, storytelling, and details
• You want to learn fast and build something real

Bonus if:

• You already create content (even your own)
• You’ve worked with local brands or done freelance/social pages before

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per month
