We are seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to help grow our social media platforms and manage our company website. This role offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, email marketing, and website updates across our brands.

Position Details:

• Title: Social Media Marketing Intern
• Location: On-site in Pompano Beach, FL (No remote option)
• Job Type: Internship
• Hours: Flexible schedule (15-25 hours per week)
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Paid Internship)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos).
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and optimize content as needed.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build online communities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate student with relevant coursework or experience in a related field.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the corporate office.
• Demonstrates dependability in following instructions, responding to management direction, and completing tasks on time.
• Prior experience in social media marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
