Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to inform content planning.
• Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Support in running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost engagement and reach.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to enhance overall digital presence.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with social listening tools, Google Analytics, and web analytics concepts.
• Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing enhances your candidacy.
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for content accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
