Faithful Cleaning Co. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. As a social media intern, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. If you are passionate about cleaning, community building, and creating impactful online experiences, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Curate and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to optimize our social media presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and new features to maximize our online reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Passion for social media, digital marketing, and community engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in photo and video editing software are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Genuine interest in the cleaning industry and understanding of its importance in promoting mental health, positivity, and well-being of having healthy environments.
