The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who is not only an expert in luxury branding and graphic design but also has a proven track record of creating high-performance content for YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Display Ads.

You’ll work with a truly global, multidisciplinary team—spanning content strategy, tech, software development, SEO/SEM, and more—and play a pivotal role in launching new ventures across different markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Social Media Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, high-end content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Display Ads, and other platforms.
  • YouTube & Meta Expertise: Create performance-driven video and visual content specifically for YouTube and Meta channels, with a focus on storytelling, branding, and conversion.
  • Global Campaign Execution: Support new business launches with creative tailored to different international markets.
  • Visual Design Mastery: Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to craft on-brand, luxury-standard creative assets.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with global experts in content, UX, dev, paid media, and marketing to build unified digital experiences.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use data tools to review performance and optimize campaigns across platforms.
  • Content Repurposing: Adapt assets across various platforms and formats while maintaining consistency and impact.
  • AI Content creation - research the latest tools to create and edit content using AI to improve conversions and speed of output.

What We’re Looking For

  • Luxury Industry Experience – You must have worked with premium or luxury brands and understand how to speak to high-net-worth audiences.
  • Figma & Design Proficiency – Must be an expert-level graphic designer with a strong aesthetic aligned to luxury.
  • 3+ Years of YouTube & Meta Content Creation – Proven experience developing content specifically for YouTube and Meta Ads is essential.
  • Google Display Ads Knowledge – Comfortable producing assets for GDN with best practices in mind.
  • Tech + Marketing Fluency – Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and content data metrics.
  • Fast-Paced + Flexible – Enjoys juggling multiple projects, thinking fast, and executing with autonomy.
  • Global + Entrepreneurial Mindset – You thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural teams and love building things from scratch.

Social Media Manager Test Assignment

Using the assets provided in this folder — including images, videos, and interviews featuring our General Manager, Benjamin Ibanez — please complete the following task:

Create two sample content pieces:

  • One short-form piece (e.g., Instagram Reel, TikTok-style video, or short post).
  • One long-form piece (e.g., LinkedIn post, YouTube video concept, or an in-depth storytelling post).

For each content piece, include:

  • Final caption and proposed creative direction
  • Suggested hashtags (if relevant)
  • Target audience
  • Objective (e.g., awareness, engagement, lead generation)

Channel Strategy:

Explain how you would adapt and distribute this content across our primary platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Google Business Profile. Highlight how your messaging, format, and approach would differ for each channel, and share the reasoning behind your choices.

Use of AI:

AI is increasingly integrated into modern marketing workflows, and we value professionals who know how to use it strategically. Please include a brief overview covering:

  • Any AI tools used specifically for this assignment
  • How these tools supported your creative or strategic process
  • How you ensure originality, authenticity, and brand alignment when using AI
