Job Title Software Development Programmer Intern Job Description We’re looking for a Software Development Programmer Intern to join our team in Langley, British Columbia. As a Software Development Programmer Intern, you’ll be responsible for providing support to the senior programmers as we re-develop our online configurator tool into a class leading tool. This internship would be a minimum of 8-months from September, 2023 with a possibility of extension. We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch! What you’ll do As an intern, you may have the opportunity to work in a variety of functions including:

• Co-develop the coding behind the base structure of our configurator tool.
• Meet with users to determine tool usage and business needs.
• Independently work on modules that link to the core of the configurator. This could be rebuilding from the ground up or updating to accept the core changes.
• Work alongside the users with UAT, monitoring issues, and updating accordingly.

Your qualifications

• Student in Computer Science or 2+ years experience.
• Solid knowledge of php, SQL and Javascript
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, HTML CSS, Python, and Selenium would assist your work, as well as LAMP experience
• Git, Visual Basic.NET and agile project methods would be an asset.
