Software Engineer / Product Engineer

Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Implement AI-driven functionalities, such as intelligent chatbots, to enhance user interaction and support.

Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Address and resolve any defects or issues identified during testing or reported by users.

Prepare detailed technical documentation for features and updates.

Experience with cloud-based development and deployment.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualification / Skills Required

C#

SQL Server

.NET

AWS / Azure Cloud (preferred)

Python (desirable)

MCP, Agentic Programming (desirable)

Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and chatbot development

Proven experience in software development

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
