Job Description
Job Location: Chandler, AZ or Orlando, FL
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Developer/Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in software development and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in coding, testing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review to provide feedback on testability.
- Execute regression tests to verify that new changes do not break existing functionalities.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of test environments.
- Work closely with the development team to understand product functionality and provide feedback.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation related to testing processes and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as C#, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Unity is a plus.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Often, the employee will be required to stand and walk. Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 20 lbs. and to sit and work at a computer for upwards of 4 hours at a time. Often, the employee will sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer.
Additional Requirements, if any:
- Full-time on-site position consisting of 40+ hours per week; normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require periodic overtime and weekend work during high production or deadlines.
