ENSOFT’s clients also include companies in construction, energy, healthcare, media, consumer electronics, and finance. ENSOFT’s research portfolio spans cybersecurity, program analysis, algebra, and graph theory. ENSOFT has executed multiple high-profile DARPA research projects, as well as aided in clients’ internal research projects. Our growth in the US has primarily come through word-of-mouth referrals, and we're now taking a more proactive approach to sales to accelerate expansion.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Software Sales Representative to launch a more purposeful sales strategy, drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals for our suite of software products. The ideal candidate is a fast-thinking, results-oriented professional with a knack for consultative selling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, partnering with an engineer when a more technical presentation is appropriate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate software solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve or exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Attend trade shows, webinars, and client meetings as needed.

You'll have access to valuable assets to support your success, including our customer database with over 450 accounts worldwide (with a significant portion in the US, including virtually every major automotive, aerospace, and defense company in North America), thousands of contacts, and established relationships in key industries.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate procurement.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bonus: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
