Solar Pv Salesperson- Uncapped Commission

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Solar PV Salesperson to support our expansion across Kerry. This role is a combination of both business to business sales and residential sales opportunities.

This position would suit someone who is target-driven and commission-focused, with the ambition to build a long-term career in the rapidly expanding Irish solar market.

This role involves working with both private residential, and commercial & industrial clients to deliver tailored solar PV solutions. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and guiding customers through the transition to clean, cost-effective solar energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new solar PV opportunities across Kerry
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage your own pipeline
• Meet private customers, business owners and decision-makers across Kerry
• Conduct site visits and consultations to understand customer needs
• Present and explain solar PV solutions clearly and confidently
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
• Close deals and maximise commission earnings
• Support residential solar enquiries when required

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
• Ability to learn technical solar PV concepts

Solar, renewables, or sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
Full training provided on products, Irish regulations, and grants.
