Sous Chef

Join the kitchen team at Kaapse Maria, an iconic gastropub in the heart of Rotterdam, where we create fresh, seasonal dishes inspired by local farmers, markets, and our curated selection of natural wines & craft beers.

As Sous Chef, you will:
Actively cooperate during mission-en-place and service

Support and guide colleagues

Ensure that daily activities run smoothly.

Actively contribute to improving dishes and work processes.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Is organised & responsible
✔ Is a clear communicator and natural team player
✔ Has previous experience in a similar role/ in a professional kitchen
