Sous Chef / Jr Sous Chef / Cdp

WE ARE HIRING!

F&B SOUS CHEF / JR SOUS CHEF / CDP:

  • Salary: $2,400 - $4,200
  • Working Days: 6 days/week
  • Working Hours: 63 hrs/week (excluding 2 hr break)
  • Our cuisines: Italian / Western / Asian

Locations include, but not limited to:

  • Downtown MRT
  • Shenton Way MRT
  • Marina Bay MRT

Responsibilities

  • Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants
  • Execution of new menus with Head Chef & Directors
  • Preparation of daily operations & mise en place
  • Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
  • Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in the F&B industry; experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions
  • Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist the chef in managing the kitchen
  • Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team
