We are looking for a Sous Chef (Pizza Maker) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and deliver high‑quality pizzas in accordance with hotel recipes and standards
Manage the pizza station, including dough preparation, topping assembly, cooking, and plating
Monitor food quality, taste, texture, and consistency with every order
Ensure all mise‑en‑place is prepared, replenished, and stored properly
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations
Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely food service
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment, tools, and ovens
Contribute to menu development and improvement of pizza offerings when required
Support overall kitchen operations as assigned by supervisors or chefs
Job Requirements
7 years of relevant experience in pizza making or a similar culinary role
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques
Ability to work with various pizza styles (e.g., wood‑fired, Neapolitan, thin‑crust) is an advantage
Passion for food, creativity, and consistency in quality
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn
