South Indian Cuisine Chef

Location: Waterloo, ON, Canada

Ideal Start Date: April 1 2026

Positions Available:

  • Line Cook 2-3 Positions

Must be located in Canada with a valid work authorization to be eligible for these roles. This is a position for the Back of the House working in the Kitchen.

Line Chef (Telugu Cuisine) Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Telugu cuisine.
  • Must be a strong team player demonstrating strong work ethic and punctuality.
  • Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of Telugu dishes (Biryani's, Appetizers, Tandoor, Main Course, Desserts)
  • Must adhere to strict health and safety protocols and ensure kitchen is up to standards at all times.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the demands of a dynamic restaurant environment.
